In 2016, I designed and organized the development of a new loyalty rewards program “OneClub.” This program consolidated our independent property’s rewards programs into one. Currently, the database has over 400,000 customers actively participating in the program. Listed below is an example of the program.
Direct mail has proven to be Wendover Resorts most effective marketing channel. Employing a tiered and mass mailing program, with cycle scheduling based on special events and calendar dates, approximately 55,000 pieces are sent on a monthly basis.
