The Ensign Cancer Research Foundation is a registered 501c3 organization that provides funding for cancer research.

Eric Ensign became a member of the Board of Directors,  Secretary, Director of Marketing and Development, and Portfolio Manager in February of 2017. Eric has Filed for 501(c)(3) status, Created our Mission Statement, Drafted Bylaws, Created budget, Creation and Implementation of Marketing Plan.

Eric’s duties and responsibilities include:

• Collaborates with the President and CFO to create a comprehensive marketing plan that includes social media, website, events, media relations, press releases, newsletters, and branding
• Responsible for developing and monitoring an annual fund budget with revenue and expense projections
• Cultivates a comprehensive communication plan to promote the foundation to its donors and maximize public awareness of the fundraising activities of the organization
• Responsible for developing an annual comprehensive development plan, in collaboration with the President and CFO, with targeted goals, objectives, methods, quantifiable results and timelines which will accomplish budgeted goals
• Oversees the administration of a donor mailing list and database which respects the privacy and confidentiality of donor information
• Manages the design, printing and distribution of marketing and communication materials for development efforts
• Researches the possibilities of strategic alliances and program partnerships that will extend the foundation’s brand in the community and promote the organization
